When you register for early access we collect: name, email address, preferred contact channel and handle (e.g. LINE, WhatsApp), destination city, current location, preferred language, and your role (tenant, agent, or property owner). We also log standard technical data: submission time, page URL, referrer, and UTM campaign parameters.

We use your data to: (a) add you to our early-access list and notify you when ENTREAL is available in your area; (b) contact you via the channel you chose; and (c) improve the product using aggregated, anonymised insights.

Processing rests on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, given by checking the box at registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@entreal.com — we will delete your record within 7 days.

Your data is stored and processed outside Vietnam by our contracted processors:

• Airtable Inc. (USA) — lead-data storage

• Slack Technologies Inc. (USA) — internal lead notifications (production only)

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and edge delivery

Transfer to these US processors is made with your consent, in accordance with Vietnam Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15. We have concluded data-processing agreements with each processor.

We retain early-access records for 24 months from registration, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is sooner.

Under Vietnam Law No. 91/2025/QH15, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Public Security (Department A05). To exercise any right, email privacy@entreal.com.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Our service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
